Full contact sparring which is optional in our boxing classes provides the perfect platform to refine fundamental boxing skills and a great test of physical capability and courage. Boxing Cardio-Circuit Workout is designed for people who might not necessarily want to box, but want an overall package of cardiovascular fitness and skill development whilst training in a safe fun environment.

The circuit consists of:

 

 

Punching bag work
Skipping
Speedball
Floor to ceiling
Medicine ball
Hand weights
Focus pad work in the ring with one or more qualified trainers

 

 

Followed with fitness ball workout utilizing abs, obliques, hips and thighs.

The circuit is all non contact so it is great for women and men alike who wish for an overall full body workout that will assist in weight loss / toning of muscles / cardiovascular fitness and a great sense of self achievement.

It is a great cross training program for sports people alike who train in various other sports. It is a great addition to their training program where they can utilize all aspects of their body through the various circuit exercises we cater for in the program.

We also cater for football teams on the circuit program. Great for team bonding and alternate skill development.
