
Our junior program ensures that your children not only learn to defend themselves in dangerous situations but also to enhance mental focus, self esteem, self control, concentration, positive attitude, coordination, poise, grace and other important leadership qualities.
Each child that participates in our skill building program will gain tools that help to improve study habits, concentration, self discipline and the necessary skills to give them the edge on life. These are the first important qualities we teach our students in addition to effective self defense skills.
We increase confidence we eliminate fear and hesitation we encourage individual and group participation we develop leadership qualities and teach the skills to become a strong individual and how to resist unhealthy peer pressure and how to avoid potentially dangerous situations


A special belt system set up for young ones who are rewarded with good behaviour respect for others positive actions whilst learning balance, coordination, self control in basic martial arts movements. Classes are taught in a fun filled environment. Parents are encouraged to partner with their child developing a bond through fitness and fun.

Our training system caters for young enthusiastic students who wish to learn all aspects of martial arts. Ranging from basic realistic self defense systems to dynamic kicking actions, fitness training that develops strength, coordination, confidence, goal setting. Education on becoming a strong individual and how to resist peer pressure, to develop leadership qualities and discipline within themselves to make decisions without hesitation or fear.

Our syllabus starts from white belt right through to black belt. 
Learning and mastering basic to advanced skills within each belt category. Ranging from self defense, kicking, punching, kata patterns, sparring and realistic self defense systems. Our training program incorporates fitness conditioning through physical exercise and mental focus through your self defense systems. Our focus isn’t just on physical training and development, we also stress the need to be mentally and soundly prepared to defend and maintain yourself.

Our philosophy in martial arts, is that you are never too old to develop new life skills. Adult TKD incorporates the same belt system as Senior Lions ( White belt to Black belt ).

A unique comradership is formed within Adult class, where everybody supports and pushes each other to new levels.
And there are opportunities to pursue new challenges with competitions in a variety of levels at State, National and Masters competitions. Poomsae ( Patterns ), Kyokpa ( Breaking ) and Kyorugi ( Sparring ) for those who are up to the extra challenge.
