Session 1 (Tuesday 1pm – 2pm) – Ninja/Parkour/Acrobatics
This class focuses on improving skills and giving kids the opportunity to learn new techniques and progress at their own rate.
The benefits of Ninja, Parkour and Acrobatic training are improving co-ordination, balance, agility, strength, flexibility and speed. All of these skills and obstacles help develop confidence and self belief in achieving their own personal goals.
Session 2 (Tuesday 2pm – 3pm) – Boxing/Self Defence
This class focuses on improving strength and self esteem and providing techniques for self defence. Other benefits include:
- Goal setting
- May assist sleep, reaction time, memory
