Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – Flow Yoga

Hatha Flow focuses on moving from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. Poses range from sitting, standing, and inverted postures. Lyons Wellness offers challenging variations for more advanced students, and fun and non-intimidating options for newer students.

Wednesday – Yin Yoga

Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.

All levels – beginners welcome!

Daytime classes include free child minding.
