Parties are self-catered.*
Party guests should wear comfy clothes and sneakers/runners. Our parties are designed for children of 5-13 years of age.
Please note that all parents of the attending children must sign a waiver for Fighting Lyons parties.

- 13 + | $30.00 per head
$100.00 deposit is deducted from final total price on the day of the event
Minimum Charge for 10 participants. If less than 10 participants attend we still run the party.
$100 required at the time of booking.

Due to high demand we recommend booking 3 Months ahead or more before your desired date. We do not operate Birthday Parties on public holidays.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – VIEW ALL BOOKING TERMS
*Party guests will be able to bring food to our centre. However, please note you will be unable to prepare or reheat food at our centre. We recommend making good use of the many restaurants and takeway restaurants in our area, or if you would prefer something homemade you are also welcome to bring it in too. Children will sit down for food 30 mins before the party finishes.
**Please note that the final numbers need to be provided 5 days prior to the party. The final number includes how many children will be participating in the activities. This amount will be the number you are invoiced for. Payment will be made on the day of the party.

FOOD & DECORATIONS
Do you supply food or drinks?
As our birthday parties are a private venue hire, Fighting Lyons does not supply food or drinks. However, we do have cold storage available for cold food and drinks. Parties are able to bring in their own food and drinks but we also recommend checking out the many local restaurants , cafes, and take-away restaurants for food and drink options.
Do you have a fridge or freezer for me to put my cold food in?
At our centre we have a fridge and a deep freezer for you to store your cakes, sandwiches, fruits, or anything else that needs to be kept cold.
Are there any restaurants/cafes near to your centre?
Fighting Lyons is located just off the corner of Keilor Rd and Service St. Due to our easily accessible location, we are close to the restaurant/cafe district on Mt. Alexander Rd. We are also close to many takeaway restaurants including McDonalds, KFC, Dominos, and Subway. These food options have proven popular for our birthday parties with how easy they are to collect.
When/where do we eat food/cake?
Fighting Lyons Parties are structured so that you will be sitting down to eat in the last 30 minutes of your booking (e.g if you booked a 12:00 – 2:00pm slot, you would eat at 1:30pm). We have a designated area where parties are allowed to eat and serve food. This area includes tables and seating up to 35 people. However, this does not include utensils, plates, and tablecloths.
Are we allowed to bring in special food decorations (i.e Pinata)?
You are certainly allowed to bring in special decorations for your day. We encourage all our Lyons Birthday Parties to get creative with how they celebrate. In the past we’ve had party groups bring in donut boards and even Ice Cream Trucks for parties. However, as birthday parties are time sensitive we are unable to run your party beyond the designated party slot. Please keep this in mind when organising decorations and food decorations.
Are we allowed to bring in Alcohol for our party?
Alcohol is strictly prohibited from being brought in for our birthday parties.
ACTIVITIES
How long do activities run in your birthday parties?
Our activities run for 1.5 hours in your party slot. Activities include free play, warm up games, and Ninja Warrior Circuit Activities with dedicated instructors to run your party.
Who is allowed on the Ninja Warrior Course?
Our Lyons Birthday courses are designed to be suitable for the age of the birthday child. However, the Ninja Warrior obstacles are not suitable for anyone under the age of 5 years old.
For the safety of our guests, no one is permitted on the equipment unless they are a part of the party group and are supervised by our staff.
Anyone using the obstacle course must have also agreed to our Waiver.
Can I request a specific obstacle or staff member for my birthday party?
We do take requests for our birthday parties for activities, courses, and staff. As both obstacles and staff are subject to availability, we will do our best to make sure they are available.
