Events Deposit

  • Select Activities/Sports you would like for your guests to do. This field is mandatory as this will help us plan our staffing.
  • Enter the approximate amount of guests attending the event. We use this number for staffing purposes. Final number of children attending is to be confirmed the week of your child's party.

    1. Minimum of 10 per event booking.
    2. A $100 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking and confirmation, unless you cancel more than 4 weeks out from your event date. This deposit is deducted from the final cost of the party.
    2.1. Deposit must be paid within 48hrs of your date being sent a confirmation email
    3. Balance of payment will be provided by invoice upon completion of the party.
    4. If an event is rescheduled with notice of 14 days or more, the $100 deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
    5. If a party is rescheduled with less than 14 days notice, you will need to pay an additional $100 deposit to secure the slot, unless in exceptional circumstances such as accident or illness.
    6. An event may only be rescheduled one time.
    7. At least one adult must remain on the premises for the duration of the event.
    8. That adult is responsible for the event guests.
    9. All attending guests are subject to our waiver. A waiver will be signed via QR code on the day unless already a member
    9. Any damage to the equipment or facilities will be at the expense of the event organiser.
