Party Deposits

  • Enter the age your child will be turning for the party. We use this to help us design an age-appropriate course for your child.
  • Enter the approximate amount of children attending the party. We use this number for staffing purposes. Final number of children attending is to be confirmed the week of your child's party.

    1. Minimum charge of 10 per party booking.
    2. A $100 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking and confirmation, unless you cancel more than 4 weeks out from your party date. This deposit is deducted from the final cost of the party.
    2.1. Deposit must be paid within 48hrs of your date being sent a confirmation email
    3. Balance of payment is required on the day of the party, upon completion of the party.
    4. If a party is rescheduled with notice of 14 days or more, the $100 deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
    5. If a party is rescheduled with less than 14 days notice, you will need to pay an additional $100 deposit to secure a new slot, unless in exceptional, unforeseen circumstances such as accident or illness.
    6. A party may only be rescheduled one time before a deposit is forfeited
    7. All food and utensils must be supplied by the party host, as we are not able to prepare food on site. Items that need refrigeration may be stored in our fridge or freezer.
    8. At least one adult must remain on the premises for the duration of the party.
    9. That adult is responsible for the party guests.
    10. All attending guests are subject to our waiver and will sign a digital waiver
    11. Any damage to the equipment or facilities will be at the expense of the party host.
