Fighting Lyons Members can use this booking form to secure their discounted booking for the upcoming Spring Holiday Program.
This form is exclusive for Members with an active membership. If you do not possess an active membership on the day of the event, Fighting Lyons reserves the right to charge the difference of the discounted price and full cost.

-Single Sport Memberships (Various Sports)
-Multi-Sport Memberships (All sports)
-Family Memberships* (Various Sports)
